About Kelly Jaworski
Kelly earned her Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and has devoted her career—spanning nearly a decade—to guiding individuals through the intertwined challenges of trauma, substance-use disorders, and complex mental-health conditions. From residential treatment centers and intensive outpatient programs to private practice, she has worked across the full continuum of care, equipping her with a 360-degree understanding of how trauma can shape every facet of a person’s life.

Kelly currently offers secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions exclusively, making trauma-informed care accessible to clients anywhere in Florida and many PSYPACT-participating states. Both remote EMDR and remote ART are fully available, using encrypted video platforms and specialized digital tools to maintain the same therapeutic potency you’d experience in person.
Guiding Philosophy
Kelly believes that every story—no matter how painful—holds threads of resilience. Her mission is to help clients locate those threads, weave them into a new narrative, and reclaim a felt sense of safety and wholeness. Sessions emphasize nervous-system soothing, mindful self-awareness, and practical skill-development so that progress in therapy translates into daily life.
When she’s not seeing clients, Kelly deepens her own practice through yoga, mindful breathwork, and ongoing advanced trainings in trauma neuroscience. She brings that same spirit of continual growth to her work—offering a therapeutic space where science and compassion meet, and where each client’s next chapter can begin.
